Question: Are the FREE products really free?

Answer: Yes,they are really free, but you do need to pay for the shipping. To get shipping amount, please fill in your address in the checkout page.

All Orders containing Clearance Marked Down and/or Free Gifted Items will be shipped directly from one of our many supplier warehouses. Shipments made from our supplier warehouses have a longer than usual ship time of 2-4 weeks and may take up to 8 weeks to certain international countries 

  • We are able to provide free and promotional items as a service that allows us to attract new customers and give something back to our customers.  These items are lower cost items that we are making minimal if any profits on.  Any items listed in the "FREE ITEMS" section of the website are not available for refunds, unless your item does not ever arrive.  


Question: Are my payments secure?

Answer: Yes, it's 100% Secure.
We use the PayPal secure payment gateway and many other forms of payments. Your Security Is 100% Guaranteed 

How long is order processing?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. That means it will take 1-3 business days to get your item out the door.

Question: How long does shipping take?

Answer: US orders take between 3 to 5 weeks depending on your location. International Packages can take up to 8 weeks to be delivered.  If you cannot wait that long please don't order. 

Question: Can I have a tracking number?

Answer: Orders placed in the US will received a USPS tracking number.  International shipments may or may not receive a tracking number.  Don't worry, your item will still arrive.

Question: How do I receive multiple item order?

Answer: If you order several products, each one will be sent in a separate package (in most cases).  We have a large assortment of products, and some may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

Question: What is the shop currency in?

Answer: The shop currency is in USD.  It is the customers responsibility to understand how their countries currency conversion will affect the amount they are charged by their card issuer.

What is your refund policy?

Please note, we DO NOT issue refunds. (except under extremely limited circumstances) 
If your item does not arrive in the specified time, we will resend your order.
If your item arrives damaged for whatever reason, we will resend you a new product.
If you receive the wrong item, we will send you out the correct item!
